EQT Midstream Partners (EQM) Initiates Qtr. Distribution at 35c; Yields 4.6%

EQT Midstream Partners (NYSE: EQM) has initiated a quarterly distribution of $0.35 per share, or $1.40 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 5, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of November 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 4.6 percent.
