Dynagas LNG (NASDAQ: DLNG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.365 per share, or $1.46 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 12, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2014.
