Duke Energy (DUK) Declares $0.795 Quarterly Dividend; 4.1% Yield

Duke Energy (NYSE: DUK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.795 per share, or $3.18 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
