Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.0625 per share, or $4.25 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
