Constellation Energy (CEG) Declares $0.24 Quarterly Dividend; 2.6% Yield

Constellation Energy Group, Inc. (NYSE: CEG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
