Communications Systems (JCS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.16; 4.5% Yield

Communications Systems (NASDAQ: JCS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 22, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 20, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
