Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $1.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 24, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 26, 2016.
