Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2014.
