Centerpoint Energy (NYSE: CNP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2475 per share, or $0.99 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.7 percent.
