Canadian Pacific Railway (NYSE: CP) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 24, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 22, 2016.
