Canadian Pacific Railway (NYSE: CP) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.35 per share, or C$1.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 26, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 25, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 23, 2015.
