Canadian Natural Resources (NYSE: CNQ) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.225 per share, or C$0.9 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
