CBL Properties (CBL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.45; 6.6% Yield

CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2025, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of September 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.6 percent.
