BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) declared a quarterly dividend of $2.18 per share, or $8.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 23, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 5, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
