Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ: ADP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, or $1.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
