Argan (AGX) Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

Argan (NYSE: AGX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 24, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of January 23, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.

Rainer Bosselmann, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “Argan is pleased to announce this cash dividend which represents a continuation of the quarterly cash dividend program commenced earlier this year.
