Advanced Drainage Systems (WMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.18; 0.6% Yield

Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on August 29, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of August 28, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.6 percent.
