Advanced Drainage Systems (WMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $0.80; 2.3% Yield

Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.72.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
