AZZ incorporated (NYSE: AZZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share, $1.00 annualized.

The dividend will be paid at the close of business on May 6, 2011, to shareholders of record on April 21, 2011. The ex-dividend date is April 19, 2011.
