Stonegate Bank (SGBK) Doubles Qtr. Dividend to 8c/Share

Stonegate Bank (NASDAQ: SGBK) announced that its Board of Directors declared an increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.04 to $0.08 for dividends payable after November 1, 2015. "Our strong financial results have enabled us to expand the quarterly dividend while maintaining acceptable levels of capital. It is the next step in our commitment to our shareholders, as the Board believes that dividend growth is an important element in strengthening shareholder value," said David Seleski, President and CEO of Stonegate Bank.
*** Note: Yield on the new dividend would be about 1 percent.
