Gorman-Rupp (NYSE: GRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.185.
The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2025, to stockholders of record on November 14, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of November 13, 2025.
