CSS Industries (CSS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 11.1% to $0.20; 3.2% Yield

CSS Industries (NYSE: CSS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 26, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
