Zeta Network Group evaluates real-world asset tokenization strategy

February 4, 2026 8:00 AM EST

Zeta Network Group (NASDAQ: ZNB) announced it is evaluating real-world asset tokenization as part of its institutional digital-asset treasury strategy, according to a company statement released February 4.

The company said it views RWA tokenization as a potential extension of its existing digital asset operations, which include Bitcoin mining and treasury management. Zeta operates what it describes as a substantial digital-asset treasury position.

"Bitcoin has demonstrated its role as a liquid and transparent digital asset," said Patrick Ngan, Chief Investment Officer of Zeta Network Group. "Over time, the development of tokenised real-world assets has the potential to complement that liquidity by introducing greater predictability, diversification into traditional finance asset classes, and duration management within a disciplined treasury framework."

The company stated that RWA tokenization could enable exposure to traditional asset classes through digital formats while maintaining governance and internal-control standards for public companies. Zeta said this approach would complement rather than replace traditional finance methods.

Zeta indicated it is currently assessing potential asset classes, infrastructure models, and operational considerations related to RWA tokenization. The company said any future initiatives would be evaluated according to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and public-company governance expectations.

The evaluation comes as digital assets gain acceptance among public companies, with treasury strategies evolving toward greater diversification and capital efficiency, according to the company's assessment of market developments.

Zeta Network Group describes itself as a digital infrastructure and financial technology company that operates Bitcoin mining facilities and develops institutional finance platforms focused on digital assets.
