VisionSys AI partners with Marinade Finance for $2 billion Solana treasury
VisionSys AI Inc. (NASDAQ: VSA) announced its subsidiary Medintel Technology Inc. entered into an exclusive partnership with Marinade Finance to launch a Solana-based digital treasury program valued at up to $2 billion.
The technology services company specializing in brain-machine interaction and AI systems plans to acquire and stake $500 million in SOL tokens within the next six months as the first phase of the initiative. Marinade Finance will serve as the exclusive staking and ecosystem partner, overseeing operations and supporting VisionSys's integration into the Solana ecosystem.
"This Partnership represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to integrate digital assets into our corporate DNA," said Heng Wang, Chief Executive Officer of VisionSys AI Inc. "It positions VisionSys as a pioneer of AI-driven blockchain treasury management."
Marinade Finance operates Solana's liquid staking protocol and supports over 154,000 SOL holders. The company launched the first liquid staking solution on Solana in 2021 and maintains offices in Boston and the European Union, including Prague.

The partnership aims to combine VisionSys's AI algorithms with Solana's blockchain infrastructure to explore decentralized finance solutions and tokenomics models. VisionSys stated the initiative is designed to strengthen its balance sheet and enhance liquidity through strategic SOL acquisition and staking.
