TenX Protocols Inc. (TSX-V: TNX) acquired approximately 219.7 billion BONK digital assets as part of a strategic partnership with BONK Contributors, according to a statement from Bonk, Inc. (NASDAQ: BNKK).

The blockchain infrastructure company purchased the tokens through open-market and over-the-counter transactions at an average cost of approximately $0.00001138 per unit as of January 5, 2026.

TenX recently completed a $29.9 million CAD financing and debuted on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company will work with BONK Contributors on educational initiatives and promote its staking and infrastructure services across blockchain ecosystems.

"BONK has grown into a deeply embedded ecosystem with real on-chain activity and a strong community, and that evolution aligns closely with our thesis of actively participating in networks we believe in," said Mat Cybula, Co-Founder of TenX Protocols.

Jarrett Boon, CEO of Bonk, Inc., described the partnership as validation that the asset is moving "from the fringe to the balance sheets of regulated entities."

Bonk, Inc. positions itself as a public vehicle for the BONK ecosystem. The company stated that TenX's acquisition demonstrates third-party validation of the same asset class that underpins its treasury strategy.
