Strategy sells MSTR shares worth $466.7M, made no bitcoin purchases

Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) sold 4,818,781 shares of its Class A common stock between July 6 and July 12, 2026, generating net proceeds of $466.7 million, according to a press release issued July 13, 2026.
No shares of Strategy's preferred stock — including STRK, STRF, and STRD — were sold during the period. As of July 12, 2026, remaining capacity under Strategy's at-the-market offering programs stood at $23.79 billion for MSTR stock, $17.51 billion for STRC stock, $2.1 billion for STRK stock, $4.01 billion for STRD stock, and $1.62 billion for STRF stock. Strategy announced a $21.0 billion MSTR stock offering increase on March 23, 2026, which is reflected in the available MSTR capacity figure.
Strategy made no bitcoin purchases during the July 6–12 period. As of July 12, 2026, the company held 843,775 bitcoin, acquired at an aggregate purchase price of $63.69 billion and an average purchase price of $75,476 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses.
Strategy also reported no share repurchases during the period. The company's U.S. dollar reserve, intended to support preferred stock dividend payments and interest on outstanding debt, stood at $3.0 billion as of July 12, 2026, including proceeds from ATM share sales not yet settled.
