Strategy sells MSTR shares, doesn't buy bitcoin

Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) disclosed its weekly at-the-market offering and share repurchase activity for the period of July 20 to July 26, 2026, according to an SEC filing.
During the period, Strategy sold 5,429,160 shares of its Class A common stock (MSTR) under its ATM program, generating net proceeds of $544.5 million. No shares of its preferred securities — STRF, STRC, or STRK — were sold during the period.
As of July 26, 2026, Strategy had $22.98 billion remaining available for issuance and sale under its MSTR Stock ATM program, which includes capacity from a $21.0 billion offering announced on March 23, 2026. Remaining ATM capacity for preferred securities stood at $1.62 billion for STRF, $17.51 billion for STRC, and $2.10 billion for STRK, with $4.01 billion remaining for STRD.
On the repurchase side, Strategy bought back 288,930 shares of its STRC preferred stock for an aggregate purchase price of $25.0 million. No other securities were repurchased during the period. As of the filing date, $975.0 million remained available under the Digital Credit Securities Repurchase Program, and $1.0 billion remained under the MSTR Repurchase Program, both announced on June 29, 2026.
Strategy made no bitcoin purchases during the week. As of July 26, 2026, the company held 843,775 bitcoin, acquired at an aggregate purchase price of $63.69 billion and an average purchase price of $75,476 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses.
