Strategy Inc sells $69.5 million in shares, buys 397 bitcoin

Strategy Inc (NASDAQ: MSTR) sold $69.5 million worth of shares through its at-the-market offering programs during the period from October 27 to November 2, 2025, according to a company statement.
The company sold shares across multiple preferred stock series and common stock. It sold 76,017 shares of its 10% series A perpetual strife preferred stock for $7.6 million in notional value, generating $8.4 million in net proceeds. The company also sold 49,374 shares of its 8% series A perpetual strike preferred stock for $4.9 million notional value, yielding $4.4 million in net proceeds.
Additionally, Strategy sold 29,065 shares of its 10% series A perpetual stride preferred stock for $2.9 million notional value, producing $2.3 million in net proceeds. The company sold 183,501 shares of class A common stock, generating $54.4 million in net proceeds.
Strategy used the proceeds from these share sales to purchase bitcoin. The company acquired 397 bitcoin during the same period at an aggregate purchase price of $45.6 million, with an average purchase price of $114,771 per bitcoin.
As of November 2, 2025, Strategy held 641,205 bitcoin with an aggregate purchase price of $47.49 billion and an average purchase price of $74,057 per bitcoin. The purchase prices include fees and expenses.
The company maintains several at-the-market programs with varying amounts available for future issuance, including $1.66 billion for strife preferred stock, $4.2 billion for stretch preferred stock, $20.34 billion for strike preferred stock, $4.13 billion for stride preferred stock, and $15.85 billion for common stock.
