MCVT holds 81.9 million SUI tokens valued at $316 million

Mill City Ventures III (NASDAQ: MCVT) reported holding 81,871,794 SUI tokens in its treasury as of August 10, 2025, according to a company statement.

The company purchased 5,600,607 SUI tokens since its last update at an average price of $3.65 per token. Using the August 10 price of $3.85 per SUI, the holdings are valued at $316 million.

With 89.08 million shares outstanding, MCVT holds approximately 0.92 SUI per common share, equivalent to $3.54 per common share. The company reported that substantially all of its SUI holdings are being staked, earning approximately 3% yield and generating an estimated $26,000 in daily yield.

Based on MCVT's closing stock price of $5.99 on August 8, 2025, the company trades at approximately 1.15 times its modified net asset value. The calculation includes assumptions that pre-funded warrants convert to common shares and cash on hand purchases additional SUI.

The company's net asset value calculation shows $463.9 million, including $316 million in SUI holdings, $126.1 million in USDC/USDT/cash, and $21.8 million in other assets. Market capitalization stands at $533.6 million based on 89.09 million shares including pre-funded warrants.

Mill City Ventures III describes itself as the sole publicly-traded company with an official Sui Foundation relationship, providing institutional exposure to the Sui blockchain while continuing specialty finance operations.
