GameSquare Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) announced it will host a livestream on July 29, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET to discuss its $250 million Ethereum treasury strategy.
The presentation will feature GameSquare CEO Justin Kenna alongside Ryan Zurrer, founder of Dialectic AG, Robert Leshner, CEO of Superstate, and Rhydon Lee of Goff Capital. The company stated the strategy targets onchain yields of 8-14%.
The livestream will cover GameSquare's acquisition of the Cowboy Ape CryptoPunk and the company's NFT strategy designed to target 6-10% annualized stablecoin returns. GameSquare said it is also pursuing tokenization of assets across its business lines.
The company's treasury strategy uses Dialectic's platform called Medici, which employs machine learning models and automated optimization. GameSquare stated this approach aims to deliver yields above the 3-4% ETH staking benchmark.
"We are aggressively scaling a cutting-edge crypto treasury platform designed to outperform traditional strategies," said Kenna. "Our goal is to build the most innovative, high-yielding onchain treasury in the public markets."
GameSquare operates a media and entertainment platform that includes FaZe Clan and targets Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and Millennial audiences. The company said it runs one of the largest gaming media networks in North America.
The livestream link will be available on the company's investor relations website. GameSquare stated it expects to allocate capital generated from the program toward additional ETH asset acquisitions or reinvestment in core growth initiatives.
