Farmhouse holds 15.709 Bitcoin with $347K in unrealized gains
Farmhouse, Inc. (OTC: FMHS) announced it has accumulated 15.709 Bitcoin through 20 separate purchases, with a market value of approximately $1.36 million as of Sept. 21, 2026, based on a Bitcoin reference price of $86,597.
The company acquired its Bitcoin position at an average cost of approximately $64,508 per coin, reflecting approximately $347,000 in unrealized appreciation, or 34.2% above aggregate acquisition cost. The company noted that Bitcoin prices are volatile and that unrealized appreciation does not represent realized cash proceeds.
Farmhouse said its treasury strategy centers on Bitcoin as its primary holding, complemented by gold and other savings assets. The company holds its assets through Farmhouse Treasury LLC.
"The infrastructure already exists. The principal variables are the amount and cost of capital we can responsibly deploy," said Evan Horowitz, Chief Executive Officer of Farmhouse. "Increasing deployable treasury capital does not require proportionate physical infrastructure. It requires disciplined access to capital and disciplined allocation of that capital."
According to the company, its treasury model allows incremental capital to be deployed into additional assets without requiring proportionate expansion of physical operating infrastructure, subject to financing terms, market conditions, and management decisions.
