Empery Digital buys 110 bitcoin for $12.6 million, holds 3,913 total
Empery Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: EMPD) acquired an additional 110 bitcoin for $12.6 million since its last update on July 31, according to a company statement.
The company now holds 3,913.23 bitcoin purchased for approximately $460 million total, representing an average purchase price of $117,629 per bitcoin.
Empery Digital adopted a bitcoin treasury strategy on July 17, 2025, with stated goals of becoming a bitcoin aggregator. The company was formerly known as Volcon, an electric power sports vehicle manufacturer that now operates under the brand name Empery Mobility.
