AirNet receives 296,367 Solana tokens from warrant exercise

AirNet Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ANTE) received approximately 296,367 Solana tokens through a warrant exercise, the company announced. The warrants originated from a previous financing round.

The digital asset receipt aligns with AirNet's strategic pivot, according to the company's press release statement.

"This warrant exercise, paid in a prominent digital asset like Solana, is a testament to the confidence our investors have in our new direction," said CEO Dan Shao.

The Beijing-based technology company did not disclose the financial value of the Solana tokens received or provide additional details about the warrant terms or the strategic direction referenced.
