Moody's Investors Service commented on Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.'s (NYSE: TEVA) announcement that Erez Vigodman will become President and CEO effective February 11, 2014. The selection of Vigodman -- who has been on Teva's board of directors since 2009 -- is credit positive as it reduces the risk that there will be a significant departure from Teva's previously-stated strategy. There is no change to Teva's A3 rating or the negative outlook.
