Moody's Withdraws Ratings on Oil States Int'l (OIS)

Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn all of its ratings involving Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS). The withdrawals follow full redemption of OSII's rated senior unsecured notes, which was completed on June 9, 2014. This rating action also concludes the formal rating review that was initiated on August 1, 2013 after the company announced that it was going to to spin-off its accommodations business into a standalone publicly traded company through a tax-free distribution to OSII's shareholders.
