Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn Mechel OAO's (NYSE: MTL) corporate family rating (CFR) of Caa3 and probability of default rating (PDR) of Ca-PD/LD. At the time of withdrawal, all the aforementioned ratings carried a negative outlook.
