Youxin Technology announces 1-for-5 share consolidation
Youxin Technology Ltd (NASDAQ: YAAS) announced that its board of directors has approved a 1-for-5 consolidation of the company's Class A ordinary shares, with a market effective date of July 30, 2026.
Beginning that date, the shares will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a split-adjusted basis under the same ticker symbol "YAAS" but with a new CUSIP number, G9876W138.
The consolidation will reduce the number of Class A ordinary shares issued and outstanding from approximately 33,846,647 to approximately 6,769,330, subject to rounding adjustments. The authorized number of Class A ordinary shares will decrease from 204,750,000 to 40,950,000, while the par value per share will increase from $0.008 to $0.04.
The company's total authorized share capital of $1,640,000 will remain unchanged. Following the consolidation, that capital will be divided into 40,950,000 Class A ordinary shares at a par value of $0.04 each and 20,000,000 Class B ordinary shares at a par value of $0.0001 each. The Class B ordinary shares are not affected by the consolidation.
Each five pre-split Class A ordinary shares will automatically combine into one share without any action required by shareholders. No fractional shares will be issued; instead, fractional entitlements will be rounded up to the next whole share.
According to the press release, the objective of the consolidation is to increase the per-share trading price of the Class A ordinary shares and to support the continued listing of its securities on Nasdaq.
