X Financial names acting chief risk officer after resignation

X Financial (NYSE: XYF) announced that Yufan Jiang has resigned as Chief Risk Officer, effective July 1, 2026, citing personal reasons. The company stated the resignation was not the result of any disagreement with company operations, policies, or procedures.
Kan Li will assume the role of Acting Chief Risk Officer on July 1, 2026, while continuing to serve as President and Director of the company, positions he has held since May 2021 and December 2021, respectively.
Li previously served as Chief Risk Officer from November 2017 to November 2023. He joined the company in 2015 as a Department Head overseeing unsecured loan risk, a role he held until 2017.
