Web.com Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: WWWW) has priced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders at a price to the public of $15.25 per share.
No shares are being sold by the Company in this offering, and the Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale. The offering is expected to close on or about May 16, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, one of the selling stockholders has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,200,000 additional shares of common stock.
