WF International approves ten-to-one share consolidation
WF International Limited (NASDAQ: WXM) announced that its board of directors and shareholders approved a ten-to-one share consolidation. The company's ordinary shares will begin trading on a post-consolidation basis on June 4, 2026.
Under the consolidation, each ten pre-consolidation ordinary shares will automatically convert into one ordinary share without action required from shareholders. The par value will change from $0.000001 per share to $0.00001 per share. Outstanding shares will decrease from 11,268,745 to approximately 1,126,875.
The shares will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "WXM" with a new CUSIP number G9627S113. According to the press release, the consolidation aims to increase the market price per share to help maintain the company's Nasdaq listing.
Shareholders who hold a number of shares not evenly divisible by ten will receive an additional ordinary share instead of fractional shares. VStock Transfer, LLC will serve as the exchange agent for the transaction.
WF International operates as an electromechanical solutions company based in Chengdu, China, providing supply, installation, and maintenance services for HVAC systems, floor heating systems, and water purification systems to commercial and residential projects.
