WESCO International (NYSE: WCC) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, WESCO Distribution, Inc., amended two of its financing facilities on September 17, 2026.
The company amended its revolving credit facility, extending the maturity date to September 17, 2031, and increasing revolving commitments from $1,725 million to $1,850 million. The amendment also decreases the interest rate spreads applicable to borrowings and increases certain negative covenant baskets. Barclays Bank PLC serves as administrative agent under the facility.
Separately, WESCO Distribution amended its receivables securitization facility, extending the scheduled termination date to September 17, 2029, and increasing the purchase limit from $1,550 million to $1,750 million. The amendment also decreases the drawn spread applicable to funded investments. PNC Bank, National Association, serves as administrator under that facility.
Both amendments were made pursuant to agreements originally dated June 22, 2020. The information is based on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the company.
