Vringo (VRNG) Updates on Pending Litigation

Vringo (AMEX: VRNG) provided an update on pending litigation for the company. The following is a brief synopsis from an investor presentation filed earlier with the U.S. SEC:
  • Google (Nasdaq: GOOG), AOL (NYSE: AOL), and others - Litigation is in post-trial with motions for supplemental damages and ongoing royalties remaining pending notice of appeals filed. The case is on "Rocket Docket" in the Eastern Court of Virginia;
  • ZTE U.K. subsidiary (handsets, base station controllers, MSOs) - case in pre-trial with case management conference scheduled ofr June 2013;
  • ZTE Deutschland - case in pre-trial, trial scheduled for October 15, 2013;
  • ZTE U.K. subsidiary (for base station, controllers, MSOs) - case in pre-trial, conference schedule for June 2013;
  • Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) - litigation in pre-trial as Vringo awaits a response from Microsoft; and
  • ZTE France - case is in pre-trial with Vringo awaiting a response from ZTE France.
Shares of Vringo are lower early Monday.
