Voya Investment Management adds four executives, launches consulting platform

Voya Investment Management added four senior executives to its distribution team and launched a practice management platform called Voya Global Consulting, according to a company statement.

The asset management business of Voya Financial Inc. (NYSE: VOYA) appointed Lynn Flaherty as head of Marketing, joining mid-August. Flaherty previously worked at Schroders, where she developed marketing strategy for the North American institutional business.

Greg Khost joined in June 2025 as managing director and head of Intermediary Sales, leading business development across private wealth markets including broker-dealers, private banks and registered investment advisors. Khost has over 30 years of experience and previously served as head of Business Development for Neuberger Berman Private Wealth.

Brook Conley joined in March as Eastern Divisional sales head, reporting to Khost. Conley spent 29 years at Columbia Threadneedle as a wholesaler. Andrew Terry joined in July as head of Insurance Solutions to expand investment capabilities for insurance clients. Terry was previously a managing director at ACORE Capital.

The appointments report to Tiffani Potesta, head of Distribution. "The Distribution team is very much in growth mode as we work to meet Voya IM's ambitious goals for the rest of 2025 and onward," Potesta said.

Voya Global Consulting, led by Jason Chura, head of Voya Consulting, provides resources for financial advisors including communication skills training and client behavior analysis. The platform offers customizable learning experiences to address advisor business challenges.

Voya Investment Management manages approximately $395 billion in assets under management and administration as of March 31, 2025, across public and private fixed income, equities, multi-asset solutions and alternative strategies.
