Visionary Holdings establishes three subsidiaries in China
Visionary Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GV) announced the establishment of three wholly owned subsidiaries in Qingdao, Wuxi, and Wuhu, China, through its subsidiary Visionary Health Technology Group Limited.
The subsidiaries will focus on localized market expansion, institutional partnerships, and sales execution for the company's regenerative medicine, cellular rejuvenation, and aesthetic treatment products. The three locations cover the Shandong Peninsula, Yangtze River Delta biomedical corridor, and Anhui regional healthcare market.
Each subsidiary will recruit professional sales teams to support hospitals, aesthetic clinics, and wellness institutions while developing strategic cooperation with regional medical providers and healthcare platforms. The subsidiaries will also support the rollout of GV's stem-cell-based rejuvenation programs, NK cell revitalization therapies, and AI-assisted aging assessment systems.
This expansion adds to GV's existing operations in Hangzhou and Nanjing, forming what the company describes as a multi-city commercial network. The company has previously secured global technology licensing in regenerative medicine and launched its stem cell-based anti-aging product portfolio.
"The establishment of wholly owned subsidiaries in Qingdao, Wuxi and Wuhu marks an important step in GV's commercialization journey," said Xiyong Hou, Chief Executive Officer. "We are progressing from strategic positioning to coordinated city-level execution."
Visionary Holdings is a technology-driven enterprise focused on education, AI applications, and healthcare solutions, headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with operations across North America and Asia.
