VisionWave, PVML advance partnership into execution phase

October 29, 2025 9:16 AM EDT

VisionWave Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) announced that its collaboration with PVML Ltd. has entered the execution phase following a meeting between company founders at PVML's Tel Aviv headquarters on October 29.

The defense technology companies are integrating VisionWave's radar and computer-vision systems with PVML's data-AI infrastructure to create a platform for autonomous operations. Executive Chairman Douglas L. Davis and Audit Committee Chair Haggai Ravid represented VisionWave, while PVML co-founders Dr. Shachar Schnapp and Rina Galperin participated in the working sessions.

The partnership aims to deploy the integrated system within select defense units, with initial field integration planned to connect live data streams to operational dashboards. Joint development milestones extend through 2026, with a full operational platform targeted for 2027.

According to the companies' preliminary estimates, the platform could reduce data redundancy by 45-55 percent and accelerate coordination across mission domains by 35-40 percent. PVML's real-time permissions enforcement will govern access, transmission and model interactions for security control.

"This partnership is moving from vision to execution," Davis said in a statement. "It is our goal to build a secure foundation that allows AI to think and act responsibly inside mission environments."

Dr. Schnapp added that the collaboration seeks to "define a new operational language for defense AI" that enables systems to learn and respond in real time while maintaining data security.

VisionWave develops autonomous mission systems for defense and homeland security applications. PVML provides secure data-AI infrastructure that enables connection of sensitive operational data with artificial intelligence systems.
