Vimeo appoints Austin Kaplicer as interim CFO

Vimeo Inc. (NASDAQ: VMEO) appointed Austin Kaplicer as interim chief financial officer, effective October 1, 2025, according to a company statement.

The appointment was made by the Compensation and Human Capital Management Committee of Vimeo's board of directors. Kaplicer, 46, currently serves as senior vice president and controller, a position he has held since October 2024.

Before his current role, Kaplicer worked as vice president and assistant controller at the company. He will continue serving as controller while fulfilling his interim CFO duties.

The company did not provide information about the circumstances leading to the interim appointment or the timeline for selecting a permanent CFO.
