Viewbix subsidiary achieves quantum computing cloud milestone
Viewbix Inc. (NASDAQ: VBIX) announced that Quantum Transportation Ltd., a subsidiary of Quantum X Labs which Viewbix is acquiring, completed a cloud implementation milestone for its transformer-based quantum decoder program.
Quantum Transportation implemented its neural decoder on Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, establishing the framework to process quantum data at scale for noisy intermediate-scale quantum devices. The company previously completed initial prototype validation and secured an intellectual property license from Ramot at Tel Aviv University.
The cloud deployment positions Quantum Transportation to engage with quantum hardware design partners and begin testing its decoder on physical quantum hardware across various architectures. The technology targets applications in transportation and navigation.
Viewbix signed a definitive agreement to acquire between 85% and 100% of Quantum X Labs, which includes a patent portfolio in quantum error correction. The acquisition is expected to close within 90 days from December 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
Viewbix operates in digital advertising through subsidiaries Gix Media Ltd. and Metagramm Software Ltd. Gix Media develops software for internet campaign automation and optimization, while Metagramm creates grammatical error correction software using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
