Venzee Technologies changes name to JasperX Technologies
Venzee Technologies Inc. (TSXV: VENZ) announced it will change its corporate name to JasperX Technologies Inc., effective February 19, 2026, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company's stock symbol will change from VENZ to JSPX on the same date. Trading under the new symbol is expected to begin February 19, 2026, according to the company's statement.
The name change follows board of directors approval and requires no action from existing shareholders. The company previously announced plans for the name change in a December 31, 2025 press release.
JasperX Technologies operates a product information management platform that serves ecommerce companies. The company is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
