VenHub opens second Las Vegas manufacturing facility

May 27, 2026 7:45 AM EDT

VenHub Global Inc. (NASDAQ: VHUB) announced the opening of its second production and assembly facility in Las Vegas to expand manufacturing capacity for its autonomous smart store technology.

The new facility represents an expansion of the company's manufacturing strategy outlined in March 2026, according to a company statement. VenHub said the facility will support faster delivery of its smart store units as demand increases.

The opening follows recent developments including an extended agreement with LAX/Metro, a partnership with Circa Resort & Casino for an autonomous smart store deployment, and additional agreements for new locations across Las Vegas.

"The opening of our second production facility is a defining moment in the continuing evolution of VenHub," said Shahan Ohanessian, founder and chief executive officer. "We are no longer preparing to scale; we are now fully equipped to meet our growing demand and scale rapidly."

VenHub designs autonomous retail units that operate continuously without on-site staff, integrating robotics, inventory tracking, and mobile checkout systems. The company targets deployments across transit and airports, campuses and universities, corporate and government facilities, fuel and electric vehicle charging stations, venues and entertainment locations, and retail sectors.

The Las Vegas-based company said it continues to see interest from commercial partners, developers, municipalities, and destination locations seeking retail infrastructure solutions.
