Trulieve redomiciles from British Columbia to Delaware

Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (NYSE: TRLV) has completed its redomicile from British Columbia, Canada, to Delaware, according to a company statement.

Shareholders approved the move at a Special Meeting held on Aug. 5, 2026. The British Columbia Supreme Court issued its Final Order on Aug. 10, 2026, and the State of Delaware made the necessary filings effective on Aug. 11, 2026.

The company's subordinate voting shares continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "TRLV."

CEO Kim Rivers said the redomicile would "expand access to U.S. investors and enhance eligibility for broader index inclusion," adding that the move aligns the company's corporate structure with where it operates.

Trulieve operates cannabis businesses in Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
